We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Freelance Tax & Compliance Executive to manage Income Tax, GST, and ROC compliances for our clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for commerce graduates, professionals, and students who are looking for flexible, freelance, or hybrid work options in taxation, accounting, and corporate compliance.
The role involves handling end-to-end compliance processes, including Income Tax filings, TDS/TCS returns, GST compliance, and ROC (MCA) filings. Candidates with good analytical and reporting skills and a passion for finance and compliance will excel in this position.
โ๏ธ Key Responsibilities
Income Tax Compliance
- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, and companies.
- Handle TDS and TCS returns on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Manage Form 16/16A generation and validation.
- Respond to income tax notices and assist in departmental communication.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and compliance.
GST Compliance
- File monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).
- Manage GST registration, amendments, and cancellations.
- Perform input tax credit reconciliation (GSTR-2B, GSTR-3B).
- Handle GST-related notices and departmental queries.
- Ensure timely filing and proper maintenance of GST-related records.
ROC / MCA Compliance
- Assist in company incorporation and registration processes.
- Handle annual ROC filings (AOC-4, MGT-7, etc.).
- Manage Director KYC, Auditor Appointment/Resignation filings.
- Maintain statutory registers, meeting minutes, and board resolutions.
- Support in company closure, amendments, and name changes.
๐ง Required Skills
- Sound knowledge of Income Tax, TDS/TCS, GST, and ROC compliance.
- Familiarity with ITD e-filing, GSTN, and MCA portals.
- Good command of Excel and accounting/taxation software.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- B.Com / M.Com / CMA / CS students or graduates.
- Candidates pursuing articleship, internship, or training from colleges or professional courses are welcome.
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
